   Senior Level:  EA’s Pacific Business Unit is seeking a senior civil or environmental engineer with a PE and 8 or more years of experience in business development and project management to secure and lead projects involving civil engineering design; site characterization and investigation; the CERCLA/RCRA process; remedial investigations; remedial design; construction management, and document preparation.  The position requires professional engineering (PE) registration and BS degree in Civil, Environmental, or other related Engineering discipline (MS preferred). Extensive experience in remediation services utilizing various methodologies (including operating systems) and report and proposal development are mandatory requirements and strong business contacts and regulatory relationships are preferred. Responsibilities for this position include new client identification, acquisition, and development; ensuring client satisfaction; leadership in proposal development (including compliance strategy development); and development of pricing strategies.
