PNWIS 2011 Annual Conference – Call for Abstracts
Have you submitted an abstract for that presentation you really wanted to give? It would be fantastic to hear about the interesting and challenging projects you have been working on and we are particularly interested in presentations that reflect an integrated environmental stewardship approach. The theme of the conference is Cross-border Air and Waste Solutions.
We have an interesting program developing but your opportunity to submit an abstract for the conference is still open. All you need to do is submit an abstract and prepare a presentation – no formal paper is required. Abstracts should include the name, address, e-mail, and phone number for the primary author and be no longer than 400 words. You can submit your abstract for the attention of the technical committee to Greg Lipnickey (glipnickey@trcsolutions.com) until September 1st. Authors will be notified of acceptance of their papers around September 25th and the final program will be published at the beginning of October.
The PNWIS annual conference provides an ideal opportunity to learn how our colleagues in other nearby jurisdictions are tackling many of the issues we face. It is also a great opportunity to share with others our own approaches to air and waste problems. Please consider sharing your expertise and join us with other conference delegates.
