Erich Brandstetter from the Oregon DEQ will be presenting a discussion on the proposed 1200-Z industrial stormwater permit. Subject to public review and comment, DEQ intends to issue the 1200-Z permit, which will allow industrial facilities to discharge stormwater in Oregon. There are a wide variety of industries that operate under these permits such as manufacturing, transportation, scrap yards, landfills, metal plating and timber products industries.
