NEW ! EPA and the Puget Sound Chapter and Pacific Northwest International Section (PNWIS) of the Air & Waste Management Association are partnering to present theSustainable Communities Start with Healthy and Green Homes workshop.
Workshop Overview: This two-day workshop focuses on the connections between the homes and communities where we live in and the impact they have on our health. Guest speakers and attendees from health, housing, green building, and sustainability will come together to share what has worked and what the future looks like. Better housing results in better health. There are four concurrent tracks for this workshop including 1) indoor air quality and health; 2) Homes, Indoor airPLUS and Energy Star; 3) Green Buildings; and 4) Sustainable Communities.
