“The Science of Distilling”
Oola Distillery – 1314 E Union St Seattle, WA 98122
August 27, 2013 – 6:00PM
Have you ever wondered how they make gin, vodka, or whiskey? If so, come join the Puget Sound Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association for a tour, science-based discussion with the owner and distiller, and tasting at the Oola Distillery.
Oola Distillery is a micro-distillery located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. They produce small batches of gin, vodka, flavored vodkas and bourbon whiskey. This is the real deal—spirits made with a sense of place and a connection to the people who grew the raw ingredients and the man who coaxed them into their more spirited forms—gins in which you can taste the botanicals, distinctive vodkas, and bourbon whiskey flavorful and smooth.
